Collab Fest is a celebration of everything we love about this industry - community, camaraderie, creativity, and craft beer!

Collab Fest is breaking all records this year & is featuring 180+ breweries and over 140 unique new beers made just for the fest!

This annual festival is a favorite amongst brewers in Colorado because this is their chance to collaborate with their friends and drink some beers while they create a new awesome beer for the fest.

T-Shirts

Limited quantities of Collab Fest t-shirts will be available for purchase at the festival. Pre-ordered t-shirts can be picked up at the festival at the Colorado Brewers Guild merchandise tent near the festival entrance.

Festival Guide

This year Collaboration Fest will feature over 140 unique beers brewed by at least two breweries. Check out the list of beers being poured at the festival and plan your tasting experience. We’re also breaking them down into styles and are sharing the brewer’s stories about the unique one-off beers.  Get ALL of the fest info here!

Hotel
Stay at The Westin Westminster after the fest! Limited block room rate reservations available.

Things to Bring

- Your ticket (this can be on your phone)
- Your valid ID (all IDs will be checked at the entrance)
- Pretzel necklace
Entrance: Please enter through the main entrance of the Westin Westminster (10600 Westminster Blvd, Westminster, CO 80020). There will be signs directing you to the event. If you bought an Early Entry ticket, you can enter at 2:00pm. If you bought a General Admission ticket, you can enter at 3:00pm. You can get in line up to 30 minutes before your entry time. 

Designated Drivers

This year we will have NA options for you to try. You will be able to enter with the rest of your party (either Early Entry or General Admission). 

Transportation

As this is a beer festival, please do not drink and drive. If you have a designated driver, they can park in one of the free lots on site. 

Ride shares and taxis can drop you off and pick you up at the main entrance. 

Public transportation options are easy! 

Light Rail: The B-line to Westminster ends 6 miles from the Westin. 

Bus: The Flatiron Flyer runs between Denver and Boulder and stops at the US 36 & Church Ranch Station, a 12 minute walk from the Westin. 

Food

There will be food options available for purchase during the festival. Credit cards only! If you’re hungry after the festival, you can make a reservation for Kachina, the onsite hotel restaurant. 

Code of Conduct

All attendees and brewers must comply with the Colorado Brewers Guild event code of conduct. There will be QR codes throughout the venue to report an incident. 

No dogs, no babies, sorry!

As a reminder this is a 21+ event and all attendees will have their IDs checked. Please leave your pets and children at home. Sorry no strollers or babies.

Other things to know:

There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside. There is a small outdoor courtyard within the venue that is a designated area for smoking.
There will be no re-entry if you leave.
There will be a coat check onsite. Please tip your attendant!

NOTICE: By entering the venue all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Ticket Holder knowingly and freely assumes all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19. Holder voluntarily agrees that the Colorado Brewers Guild, sponsors of the event, and the venue are expressly released by holder from any claims for injuries or death arising from holder’s participation in and the travel to and from this event. The ticket may not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any federal, state or local laws or regulations. Holder grants permission to the Colorado Brewers Guild and sponsors of the event to utilize any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings and any other references or records of the Collaboration Beer Fest that may depict, record or refer to holder for any purpose, including commercial, by the Collaboration Beer Fest, its sponsors, the venue and their licensees. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event in printed photographs or online transmissions or any other medium, whether now known or hereinafter created, in perpetuity.
By purchasing this ticket Holder acknowledges that they will receive pertinent communications from the Colorado Brewers Guild. If you do not want to receive these communications, you can unsubscribe.
By using this ticket, Holder (i) consents to allowing event security staff to inspect their person and any bags, clothing, or other articles for security purposes, whether by walk-through metal detection, handheld metal detection, bag checks or otherwise and (ii) acknowledges and agrees that Holder may be denied entry to or ejected from the event if Holder is in possession of any item or object that is considered potentially dangerous, hazardous, inappropriate and/or potentially injurious to other patrons, and any prohibited items may be confiscated.
This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is valid only for the date and event for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unlawful resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. There is no re-entry into the facility.
Holder agrees they are subject to the Colorado Brewers Guilds’ Code of Conduct Policy, as well as any additional terms and conditions established by Colorado Brewers Guild or the applicable operator of the venue at which Collaboration Fest is held.
 
Refund Policy
  • If experiencing illness, we ask that you stay at home and your ticket will be refunded, excluding processing fees attached.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any other reasons, including inclement weather day of.
Cancellation Policy
If the event is cancelled for any reason, ticket holders will be refunded payment. If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be given the option of cancelling or transferring their ticket to the rescheduled date.

By attending this event you agree to the following Code of Conduct:
The Colorado Brewers Guild (CBG) has a zero-tolerance policy for aggression or harassment of any kind. We are committed to delivering a safe, welcoming, and fun festival experience for all.
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate any form of aggressive behavior or harassment of attendees, staff, volunteers, sponsors, or brewers.
Staff will be trained to report any misconduct, and all brewers and sponsors will be reminded of this policy prior to the event. Breaking the Event Code of Conduct can result in swift removal from the festival, and the proper authorities will be notified. No refunds will be given to anyone removed from the festival. If someone or something makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, no matter how minor it may seem, please report it to any CBG staff member or event security guard immediately so the situation can be addressed and the proper steps can be taken. If you would prefer to report anonymously through our reporting platform, please scan the WeVow QR Code found throughout the event.
